This is for Teri whose significant other Al passed away recently. There was a Teaparty for Al several months ago...he was quite a fun loving guy...he loved pirates, Renaissance fairs, etc.. I wanted to use this sentiment from Quietfire and in a salute to Al I added a small treasure chest on the bottom.

I don't remember him....how long ago was that teaparty?? Well anyway, your card is so beautiful, what a lovely sentiment and all the fun under the sea items. Super!

The green/blue combo is so serene and calming. Those die cut frames were absolutely made to set off that wonderful sentiment. Great pebbly path leading one to the treasure.

Polly, this is gorgeous! Beautiful background colors and design and that framed up sentiment is beautiful as well. My fav is the little treasure chest and rocks - just the slightest nod to pirates and perfect! Love this card! Hugz

What a great sentiment for the occasion, Polly. That's why I wasn't sure if my card was suitable, I kinda felt that I should be making a sympathy card. Fun with the treasure chest combined with Lavinia stamps. I think I might recognise the chest from some of your underwater scenes, do I?
