I have never heard of a wiper card, but yours looks great! Fun to use up old papers, right, Pat. Wonderful colors and those little balloons are so cute!

What a fun birthday card, I'm going to have to check out that Youtube link because my DH loves mechanical cards, as he calls them. I have that same dsp, I like how you used it here.
