In my continued effort to use up retired paper and ribbons, I was making a group of cards with this paper when I saw Cathy's WT Challenge to use NO Stamping. Rather than stamp a sentiment for this card as I was doing for the others I made, I die-cut a shadowed hello instead.
The right side of the front is folded vertically by 1 ¼ inches and glued down. The DSP strips are attached on the folded flap and the inside of the card. The tied ribbon is holding the card shut and the recipient will just tie the bow to open the card. A few like magic sequins for a finishing touch. The challenge came just in time to change my approach to finishing this card and a few more in the group. Thanks Cathy! TFL

This is so pretty Diane! I really love this wonderful color combination, and especially with this fun card design too. Your layered hello die is so cheery and the ribbon makes this card feel like a present (which of course it is!). Hugs! ~Karen.
