I dipped into my trusty background folder once again and found things that would look good with the white dots. I tried using my blending brush at first but I had difficulty keeping the background paper from moving around so I switched to the foam blending tool and pounced the white ink on. Much easier!
For a change, I didn't mount a panel on a white card base. I have no shortage of patterned paper so just made the card bases out of it. Most of the patterned paper I have in pads is white on the inside so writing messages is easy.
