My card is for the teapotters challenge done in this weeks colors. I was thinking more about the colors when I did this and so forgot that I was supposed to use scissors in some way. And I did but only to cut my ribbon and to poke it under the edge of the layer because I forgot to put it on before I added the panel to the card. I could have cut out the flowers but I wanted it to remain flat as possible. the ribbon is just an overhand loop over the strip attached to the card so it would remain as flat as possible also. I felt the ribbon was needed to dress up the card a little.

The ribbon is a lovely touch, and picks up the BG splatter. I am glad to know I am not the only one who has to improvise when I've already assembled a card!

Lovely card and I love the scallop die you use for the panel. I think your use of scissors was very clever -- good job! This is sure to brighten Katherine's day.

Beautiful floral card with a wonderful sentiment too! I love the vintage feeling of this card with the lovely floral images, the splatters and the pretty sheer ribbon. I know Katherine will really enjoy and appreciate this card a lot. ~Karen.
