The challenge was to use scissors somehow...so I fussy cut the image and sponged the edges to give it definition. I used craft scissors for the edging on the BG paper. I wanted to use muted colors (grey & soft suede) because they tone down the bright colors in the image and make it look less "cutesy".

What a lovely, peaceful image. That dp is perfect to highlight your image -- it doesn't overpower at all. And I like how you adhered the circles so there's more "space" at the bottom. Adds just a hint more interest. Great card.

Great fussy cutting and I really like the way you laid the well image over the off-centred circles with the sentiment. What a great idea to sponge the edges of the well piece too.
