I've used my scissors to fussy cut, the extra dancers and made them pop with foam tape.
I used a gelli print background made during Lydia's DTGD challenge using a tape roll, I've printed the row of dancers on the panel and because the printer ink isn't drying very fast I used EP to heat emboss the image, stamped the sentiments and did a faux stitched border

Goodness me - you even found an image of contra-dancing. Love the way you added the extra fussy cut dancers to give a little more depth and dimension to the contra-line. That neon pink colored bubbly bg really grabs the attention - Super cheerful color.

Wow, this is perfect for this challenge. Love the bg and the dancers that you used. The extra dancers you popped up add just the right touch to the scene. Great card!

Anita, your card is so colorful and fun, and sure to bring a big smile to Katherine's face. The pink gel print background is so fun and playful and is the perfect backdrop for these fun dancers. I love how you popped some of the dancers up for more fun. You really rocked the challenge with this wonderful card! ~Karen.
