We were to use some sort of cutting on our cards this week. I stamped the girl photo stamp on glossy paper, colored with distress inks, and fussy cut her out. The square layering piece features a windowpane design stamp by the Greetery. The dp is some favorite MB that I've been saving...I decided it was time to use it. TFL!

Wonderful card. Love the frames you cut to highlight the darling girl. I wouldn't think to color an image like that. Something to remember for future projects. All the elements really compliment each other and the green combines beautifully with your purple shade. Beautiful.

You do purple proud, Polly. Very pretty card, so perfectly done, love that little girl. BTW no that background wasn't a throw away, it was before I put the dots on AND I forgot to give you credit for sending me that sticker sentiment.

The peaceful look on her face, and how you have placed her stepping off the frame, really sends the message of comfort. A beautiful card filled with love.

This is just fantastic Polly! I love this darling little girl that reminds me of gentler times, and great fussy cutting her out too! Terrific use of purple and green Polly, and great card design too. I would be hoarding this MB paper too, but you chose to use it for a great cause. Katherine will be thrilled with this gorgeous card you made for her. ~Karen.
