Featured Stamper Challenge honoring Karen aka stampngoKaren
Karen has an amazing gallery and is a designer for Sweet ân Sassy Stamps. Her pursuits led me to use my one Sweet n Sassy stamp set which was a birthday gift from a friend. I paired it with a bright & bold paper from SU. I was inspired by this card of Karens:
I liked the layout and the bright colors. I changed the image, no coloring, put sentiment at the top, and used paper pieces in background instead of one piece.
During this confinement, I have been making two or three cards while I have everything out. I die-cut the image into a stitched circle and punched a red mat. Added Wink of Stella to the butterflies, twine on card fold and a heart enamel shape dot.
I loved the sentiment from the stamp set that says âSee the miracles every dayâ. I thought it was a hopeful thought and something positive to do while we wait. Look for the blessings in the miracle of each new day. Lately I have seen a few butterflies flying by as they migrate north; there is something miraculous & hopeful about a butterfly and a delightful blessing to see one! Adding to Angieâs F4A Challenge to make an encouraging card.
Congratulations Karen! Thank you for sharing your beautiful cards with us and inspiring mine today! TFL
