Happy Monday. Here is my card for a few challenges.
Featured Stamper FS688 - stampngokaren, this is the lovely card that inspired me Dragonfly Dreams
I used a different background technique - using the bubble wrap and I stamped on the tall grasses. Sentiment is on the opposite side and I stitched around the edges instead of using a diecut.
This is also for todays CAS challenge - shades - choose one colour and use different shades. I used soft sky, night of navy and turquoise.
This is also for the technique challenge - bubble wrap. I wrapped the bubble wrap around a 5 inch block and stamped ink onto the wrap, spritzed the bubble wrap lightly with water and then stamped it onto water colour paper. I stamped on the grasses. Spritzed with turquoise perfect pearls mist. Die cut the dragonfly out of navy cardstock and backed it with vellum. Added the rhinestone eyes to the draon fly. Sewed around edges.
Thanks for looking.
Hugs..Pat
