Four score lines will make your policy envelope. I used white texture paste over a rose stencil to cover the pink and white striped piece. Added a feather, sparkly white tulle, and cheesecloth to the front for dimension under the flowers. Printed out a vintage floral print and cut that out with scissors. Bunny is die cut using flocked white card stock and I put that on the envelope front using foam tape. Added mirrored sequins using Glossy Accents. For the closure for the envelope I used a flat velcro piece under the bow at the top. Easy project to put together.

Thanks ladies for the kind comments on my first policy envelope. I made it for my BF stamping pal and inside are two die sets from Gina Marie - I hope she will like them! Thanks again for commenting! Happy Easter! Candee P
