I downloaded the flower, coloured with copics, added the stickles to the centre of the flower and leaves, then fussy cut. Adhered to a panel already done using reinkers and a water mister. Once that was dry, I added a coat of EP. To finish the card I added the sentiment and glimmer dots.

The dark aqua and vibrant purple really gives a striking look to your lovely card, Sue. The stickles for the stamens give a wonderful texture and the glimmer dots a bit of sparkle.

Oh, so pretty, Sue. I love the background color for your gorgeous bloom. Embossing with ep gives such a great look. I forget about doing that. I have tried it once and really love the look of it.

The texture in the background is beautiful. It almost looks as if the flower were floating on water. Great colouring with the shading into the trumpet of the blossom.

Is this ever pretty Sue! Wow! Your gorgeous purple bloom looks like it is floating in a beautiful pool of water the way you did this background panel. I really love this a lot! ~Karen.
