This card is about as quick & dirty as it gets! LOL Once I'd chosen my sketch, I just cut a piece of bristol paper to size. I sized my image in Photoshop, and printed it onto the paper with my laser printer. I colored the background with a pale blue marker, & the tulip with 2 shades of red for a bit of shading & variation in tones.
I cut my patterned paper pieces, and adhered them to a mint green mat. Finally, I mounted that to a white card base, & added my image panel.
