It's a Teapot Tuesday tickle...I'm a little late to the teaparty - this working from home thing isn't as much fun as I thought and is still cutting into my crafty time. LOL Anyway, our guest hostess, sue28, challenged us to make cards inspired by the cover of a book we're reading now or have just read. I am currently reading Separation Anxiety: A Novel by Laura Zigman; man, is it funny. It's about a woman who's got a troubled marriage, a teenage son who is tuned out and a ho-hum life. She decides to start carrying around the family dog, a 20+ pound Sheltie, in a baby sling/papoose. It brings her comfort. The cover of the book is quite colorful and was the perfect inspiration for my card. I had some DSP from Pink & Main that contained almost the exact colors.

Those dogs are just the cutest! I love your dp...bright and fun. I might need to check out this book or give it to a couple of sheltie owners I know. Sounds like a good read.
