The entire world, right now, is living with Captured Memories when so many towns and countries are on lockdown.
This is a card for a friend who has been living in terror since the first case of coronavirus came to El Paso. Our city of nearly a million with another 2 million in walking distance in Mexico went on Shelter in Place lockdown immediately. Hopefully that will help slow the spread here. But in the meantime I think we ALL need to find tiny Miracles in each day!
Every adhesive I own were some the Challenge hostess had mentioned "don't work" - so I went with the alternate suggestion of Versamark with clear Matte EP. I sponged the watermark ink over the stencil, then covered with matte EP and heat set. It was then I realized I had missed inking the top 2/3 of the words. Well guess what?? Trying to realign a stencil when everything is white is HARD! But as you can see I got pretty lucky. I sponged some bright happy colors over the entire card then buffed with a soft cloth to remove residual ink from the resist part. Stamped my encouraging message and mounted on a dark midnight card base to frame.

Great stencil. Matte ep? I didn't know it existed. But it certainly helped you capture the look of the original tutorial. I can only imagine trying to realign the stencil - I think you did a great job.
