I hope the embossed knot is visible enough in the photo. I embossed it old style - with a stylus and a light box. The BG paper is actually creamier than this photo makes it look too.

If that's dry-embossing, manual or any other way, it's very impressive. I thought from the picture that it was a stencil and paste, so it most definitely does show. Great idea - and appreciated on this side of the Atlantic. It brought back memories of piping and flooding about 20 Celtic knot lace motifs (copied from my SIL's re-worked antique wedding dress) for my brother's wedding cake. This was probably almost as hard on your hands.
