Doubling up with Sabrina's Knot challenge and Lee's VSN Florapalooza challenge to use wildflowers. I was actually going for a different look using a different BG for this wildflower stamp, but I added too much water, and ended up experimenting with black Vivid ink, Brusho and spritzing water, with all sorts of papers. Made 7 prints and loved them all! This was print #4 on photo paper. I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum and die cut it. Used the Xyron to attach. Scanned and cut another key from one I had and glued them together for strength. Punched a hole and slip-knotted the vintage metallic twist.

Lovely image. It reminds me of the illustrations in our old Oxford Book of Wildflowers, bought for family holidays and with an inscription saying for all the family but especially for Sabrina. Fab looking key. And the sentiment is impressive, as usually when I try die-cutting vellum after embossing, half the embossing just falls off. Sigh.
