My Book of Inspiration is a quick read called THE GIRL WITH THE YELLOW UMBRELLA.
I lightly sponged color over the card front, then stamped the image and masked it off. I add more color where I wanted it. then stamped the rain and sentiment on the card front. I stamped the image on yellow cs and cut out the umbrella, popped it up on pop dots. Voila!

What a nice uplifting sentiment. I love the umbrella, yellow makes it very happy (I have a small collection of real umbrellas, but nothing as bright and cheerful as this). Lovely sponging in the background.

Wonderful masking, colouring and sponging, Mary! The yellow umbrella really does stand out. I don’t know of this book, another one to check out. Thanks for playing ~

Super image for your book cover and having the only spot of color the umbrella, really stresses the Title. Great sponging - I like how you left your girl spotlighted by the lighter blue
