I made my tulips using the Owl Builder Punch. I punched two owls for each tulip from the dark pink textured CS, & (gasp!) cut off their little feet to leave a tulip shape. I cut 2 of the "tulips" in half, then trimmed a bit to make a curve on the inside. Sponged the edges with Berry Burst & adhered the halves to the base tulip, angled a bit for interest. (I saw a card made with owl punch tulips on Pinterest, but of course didn't save the link...)
Stamped the stems & the leaf from the Lasting Lily set with Mellow Moss onto the moss green textured CS, & fussy-cut them out. Adhered a tulip at the top of each stem, & added the leaf to the stem that doesn't come with a leaf! :-)
Die-cut an oval from Whisper White CS, & embossed it with the Dynamic Impressions Basket Weave EF.
The sentiment was pre-printed black on white, so I added some pink WOS to make it pop a bit. Fussy-cut it out, then layered it on a strip of Whisper White CS & fussy-cut a border around it.
Popped the tulips up with dimensional tape, added the ribbon & sentiment. And the bling!
TFL!

Beautiful card Liz! These colors are stunning and especially for these tulips. You are so creative to make your tulips from the owl builder punch- I love that you did this! ~Karen.

Great tulips...love the punch art using the Owl Builder! Love your basketweave texture as a backdrop for your lovely blooms and all the companion dots from paper to ribbon!
