Karen is our hostess for the TLC this week as it's a 5th Monday. She has a fun one for us HERE. Here's my quick and easy take on it.
I tried first with re-inker and it had practically no effect at all. So I found a bottle of ink and added a good amount of that, and got a better result. I thought it made a good background for this seahorse, so all I did was stamp the sentiment and a few bubbles, and add Nuvo glitter drops to the bubbles. Matted the panel on silver glitter card (it's not as crooked as it looks for some reason), and then trimmed a little bit off a 5" x 7" base to fit it.

Beautiful, Sabrina. Love the color and your pretty seahorse edging.
