I masked my cardstock using an acrylic mask; blew the bubbles to create the bkg. I stamped it when dry and then used my ScorPal to add the border.

It's some years since I tried this for a MIX challenge and I've been wanting to try it again. Thanks for giving me a reason. I hope I can find a straw!! Your trademark blues look beautiful here.

I had nothing but trouble with this. In years past I had better luck.......don't know why. I ended up using a bubble bg, but I did use blue in your honor, Karen!
