I found this leftover Tissue Paper Watercolor from the last time I tried the technique to use for Kim's VSN Mini challenge. I thought it would pair well with this jumping frog for a fun spring birthday card. I stamped him three times jumping for joy and added some tulips underneath so he's jumping in the garden. I don't have hexagon dies, but I do have octagons. So I substituted. Then it was a square that fit in between them best. This was a fun one to make.
