This was quite therapeutic....tearing things helped calm me down. I'm not prone to anxiety, thank goodness, but I'm most anxious about my family. I'm torn between wanting to go see my grandchildren and knowing that I probably shouldn't. What are you all doing about that issue?
I've actually been wanting to do something similar to this for a while. I started with a 6x6 inch piece of kraft and started building layers. I've had the Club Scrap dp (actually vellum and cardstock) for a long time. The last public places I've been were the grocery store and the library. This was Saturday and the library was quite busy. No longer. I'm sad that the library had to close. No worries, I have plenty of books etc. I bet there is barely a dvd on the shelves. I'm day dreaming that the library is open and all is well.

Wow, that's a whole lot of tearing, Jean, but I'm glad it made you feel better. That's a great sentiment to keep on keeping on when the going gets tough.
I'm not stressed nor anxious. I talk to my sons on the phone or text them to stay in touch. And I keep stamping away~

Cool card! Hope you're getting as much pleasure crafting as I am. I think we are blessed to have an outlet and SCS friends to share our creativity with. I love your card!

What a lovely creation. Shabby and wonderful and yeah!,,,,it was therapeutic for you. I’m at our home in the mountains with my hubby and 3 dogs. Two adult girls. Both lucky to still be working. One from home and the other works at Children’s Hosp.😳

What a great idea to build layers of torn paper for a frame, Jean! It's so hard being separated from loved ones, but I am so glad your crafting was able to calm your anxiety. I'm praying that before we know it this crisis will be over and we will all have grown in some way as a result!

Looks like great tearing therapy. What a beautiful frame around a beautiful sentiment! My kids did some Facetime with the grandparents today. They were pretty bored all day.
