This is a trio of collaged canvas panels that I did to meet a Neutrals collage challenge. My pastor husband has a thought about Christians having unity but not necessarily uniformity and that's what I was hoping to achieve in the pieces. I had gathered a bunch of Neutral materials and the trio of doilies caught my eye as a backdrop. I was thinking about using butterflies and cut two from kraft dp and stamped another in Stazon black onto Kraft. The TH vintage paper dolls were on my desk and I decided they would pair well with the butterflies. I had some coffee stained book pages that I had smeared bronze paint on and tore some for each piece. Two of the panels got burlap and the third got lace. All three have a leafy dp bg and leaves diecut from used coffee filter paper from DH's pourovers.

Great use of that leafy paper ( which I always found hard to use, it's so dark) as a setting for your little fairies. I agree with the inspiration, too!
