Julie has issued a 3 parts challenge today for the CAS. I think my front qualifies, but you'll have to look in my gallery for the rest of the story (and the TLC785)!
I used a thoughtful quote from artist Paul Klee, a German painter, who worked with geometric shapes primarily and later explored Color Theory. This Stampers Anonymous image is a collage of Klee's quote. It was inked with the VersaClair and cut with 'postage' edged scissors. The spiral die was cut from pink CS and then embossed with the Fran~tage mixed media powders...a rose and blend of metallics.
My 3 part harmony, the card base, the quote square, and the die cut spiral.
Thanks for looking and thank you, Julie for an interesting 'rule of thirds' challenge. Also to Jean over on the TLC for encouraging our creativity and courage to tackle more than a flat card...
I appreciate your thoughts and will enjoy your artistic cards in the gallery!

What a truly fabulous card this is to honor this introspective quote by Paul Klee. Great idea to add frantage to this fancy circle die- I love how it highlights your postage square with quote. This is going straight into my favorites Susan! ~Karen.

What an intriguing and enticing front. Complete in itself, but definitely making me want to look inside after a short ponder. I like the contrast between the loose circles and the square frame.
