I've combined the challenges today, I've used Jeanne's technique and Angie's Sunshine theme to make this card
I've applies the acrylic paint with a paintbrush hitting the paper with the brush until it was covered using yellow, orange and red acrylic paint.
once dry I've embossed with this embossing/cutting folder, went over with a black wax crayon and stamped the Birthday sentiment with stazOn olive green, layered this with foam tape onto the black layer.

Wonderful die cut/EF which was perfect for these challenges. Your black bg for the image circle really adds "punch". Beautiful colors combined for your sunshine.
Oh! This is so cool! I really want to try Jeanne's technique. I love your warm glow of the sun and the beautiful die-cut! Thanks for your fun comment on my card. You made me laugh. My husband always calls me a cat but cats don't like the rain so maybe I am part cat and part flower!

I love how bold the colors are.......in your inside-out card with the sitting bird.
