USEIT2020 - the tape, flowers, and sticker had all been languishing in my stash for several years!
The card was inspired by going through a box of older embellishments and finding several sets of small handmade flower embellishments in various colors that I'd bought from an ebay seller years ago. One set were black and gray, which made me think of this week's challenge so I decided to use them for a card.
I started with a black card and a hexagon-embossed piece of white cardstock.
My original plan was to do a diagonal line design on the card but when I was trying to cut the embossed piece, I tore it instead, so the diagonal line of flowers became a wavy line to cover the tearing -- I actually like it better than my original idea so that worked out. I added a strip of washi tape on the edge, and layered a "Thank you" sticker on a white scrap, that was in turn layered on a scrap of gray cloud-pattern cardstock and attached to the card.
TFL!
