This year's VSN is all to do with florals so I'm really going to enjoy these challenges as I'm a keen flower gardener.
To get my white petals, I used painted with bleach. Here's my method:
I sponged three shades of blue Distress inks onto smooth white cs. Then stamped and heat embossed the blossom image. Using bleach and a cheap paintbrush, I lifted the background colour from within the image.
I bordered it with black, heat embossed a white sentiment on a strip of black, and popped the panel up on fun foam.

This is one gorgeous card Susan, love your background and how you have graded the colours it make it very vibrant and thank you also for telling us how you got your white flowers you have used the technique perfectly.
