This is the first of the three mini challenges for VSN hosted by Kim aka berlycece and I really had fun doing it. I have done this technique before a couple of times so new what to expect.
It's not too late to play it goes all week you just have to make your cards within an hour.
Because this required quite a lot of different drying times I came and went. First I created the dyed tissue paper, then uploaded my Teapot Tickle card while it was drying.
Next I glued the tissue paper to some acetate with Tombo glue, I had breakfast while that dried.
I brushed some Versa Mark Watermark lightly over the background tissue paper then heat embossed with silver I cut this to size and glued it to the Pretty Peacock mat.
I glued the pink tissue paper and acetate to two layers of blending card and fussy cut them out being careful not to shift the tissue paper. I then glued the flowers to the front panel put some Nuvo drops into the centre of the flowers made the greeting banner and attached that with some foam adhesive strips that was after I had put the whole thing together and finally added three faceted gems and that's all folks.
Thanks for looking Marg
