I got my fingers inky with the tissue paper watercolor technique of Kim's VSN challenge. I decided to crumple the paper and glue it to a kraft tag. The tie is a strip of the tissue paper left behind after I die cut the tag. The Tickle a Teapotter challenge for this week was to incorporate the kintsugi tradition of mending a broken piece with gold solder. I brushed over the raised wrinkles with Versamark and sprinkled gold and teal embossing powder to simulate the "welds". The Unity sentiment captures the spirit of accepting and overcoming flaws that make us more beautiful. I hope this tickles a Teapotter and encourages trying the VSN challenge technique.
