I did this a couple of times, using a peel-off mail packaging pouch. First, I removed the words "Packaging Slip Enclosed" with rubbing alcohol. Dropped in some yellow and blue Oxide spray in and some gold metallic acrylic, then sealed the edge on itself. Warning: make sure no paint has oozed anywhere before sealing. I die cut the circle from the marbled paper. Adhered it to the paint filled pouch with double tape and then peeled off the pouch backing mounting that to the brown card front. Added the border ring and the fussy cut hand, which was stamped on a sticky label and embossed. Messed it up, but the letters covered my oops.

The marbled paper was a great choice to pair with your psint-filled pouch. Great idea, that, they are certainly designed not to let any water in! The hand and "play" couldn't be more perfect.
