Iâve been trying to build up my sympathy card stash. Itâs hard for me to keep up a stash of sympathy cards because theyâre not nearly as fun to make as birthday cards. Barbara gave us really lovely colors and embossing for dessert. That prompted me to actually use this sympathy EF that I just HAD to have. I think I bought it like three years ago and have never used it. Itâs so big and I never know what to pair it with. But I powered through today. After I embossed, I used my ScanNCut to cut a heart window to show some blue paper through. Then I die cut these dainty flowers and sponged them in the other colors (as close as I could get). Look at me gluing delicate die cuts onto my card. Iâm so brave. Those stems are skinny!

What a pretty card this is. I love the simple embossing and the pretty flowers, mf!

I don't own this sympathy EF but if I did I totally would use if for a pet sympathy card or two. I love it and your flowers and heart are absolutely perfect for embellishing it for a very soft sympathy card. I have been making a bunch of sympathy cards here lately to build up my stash as I ran out last year and had to make a quick one. I don't like making quick sympathy cards so having a few in my stash is always preferred. This is just super sweet Jen.

What a lovely sympathy card, Jen! I'm so glad you were inspired to use your embossing folder for the first time, and love the heart and flowers, too. I'm with you on glueing skinny stems; I did that this week, too!
