I was inspired by the vertical strips of colors and I liked the long shape of the pillow in front. I used a landscape orientation for my card, which opens on the right, like a book.
I used a left over panel from the Technique Challenge hosted by Anita to use Alcohol Marker Marbling.
This is how it was made: I wrapped an old cutting plate with press-n-seal and crinkled it up. I scribbled on the plastic wrap with my Stampin Up blends markers: Bermuda, Daffodil, Calypso and Navy. Then I misted with rubbing alcohol and laid down a piece of glossy cardstock. I made several panels and today's inspiration gave me the opportunity to use another one. The sentiment stamp was inked with markers direct to stamp in colors to match the stripes.
When I saw I had five colors and stripes, I added five stars. This will work out well for a five year old boy battling cancer. He likes all colors.
Thank you to the hostesses! Thanks for looking!

So cheerful in those colors. I use that technique a lot to put down backgrounds and enjoy it so much. Super card and I like the added stars.
