Using elements of the StashBusters challenge for Feb, I brought out some polkadot papers that I don't really like and used them in the background for this Halloween layout. I've used some washi tape to add a bit of character and black fiber on the tag for a little added dimension and pop-dots to adhere my Happy Halloween label. I love doing Halloween layouts!

You did a great job with the polka dots. I like how it is at different angles and not straight up and down. I need to try that more.
