Our TLC for today is origami leaves, a tutorial that Dina created before Christmas. It was my turn to introduce something new. It's a very fun technique and there is a lot you can do with it: different papers, different sizes. I continued the leaf theme with a chlorophyll print of a hosta leaf (it was a juicy one) and the silver leaf charm. I used a Versamark pen on the origami leaves edges and embossed in silver. I think it adds a nice definition to the leaves. The sentiment says 'No winter lasts forever, no spring skips its turn.'
Thanks for joining the TLC today!

Is chlorophyll printing the same as what I’ve seen called flower or leaf pounding? Where you hit the leaf or flower hard with something heavy to squash the juice out of it and made a print?
Your backgrounds are always amazing. I’ve resisted buying alcohol inkers all these years but if I ever give in it will be because of you!
