Karen is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week. She's getting us all ready for Valentine's Day with her combo of Cherry Cobbler, Rococo Rose and Very Vanilla. The dessert option, of course, is Have A Heart!
Check! I broke out some of the components from my February SSS kit, and started by stamping the hearts window on a panel of Bristol cardstock. I wanted some special sparkle on this card, so I used Sparkle embossing powder. It worked, but the subtle outlines don't show up well in the photo. I cut the triple window, and then colored in the hearts with Zig markers, including the new-to-me Blender #999. I didn't know it existed, and I like it a lot!
Stamped on a piece of the patterned paper that came in the kit, sprinked some hearts, and adhered that panel behind the window. Added two strips of lacy die cuts and popped it all up on a Cherry Cobbler base card.
A Valentine for my sweetie!
Thanks for stopping by, and please play along with us this week!

Your shaker with the SSS kit is fabulous Barbara! Love the border die and the zig colored hearts surrounding the shaker. Super sweet card for your honey!
