Today's challenge was the push I needed to get my brother's birthday card made. He retired last spring but is working harder than ever catching up on years of "honey-do's" !
I die cut all the tools from silver cardstock then added colorful handles with scraps from my drawer. The peg board is the debossed side of a swiss dots EF and sponged with Cappucino - arranged my tools and added "hardware" with heavy button thread anchored with black Nuvo drops. I die cut the word Happy and "nailed" it to my card with more Nuvo drops, Stamped the rest of my birthday sentiment and added a hand written tagline. I tried to keep it as CAS as I possibly could.

This card is really fun, Linda! Retirement means time to play with ....tools, in this event. Your brother will LOVE this.
