I assumed that the MIX today wasn't only about Valentines, but more about the envelope. I don't make many Valentines, but I do like decorating envelopes. there is some reds in the card so I hope that could count?? I love circles so it was an easy choice to include today's F4A.
The part on the right is cut from my 2018 calendar (yesterday's WT). It features the watercolors of George Dombek. Yes, those rocks are watercolored. I just love all the colors and textures and shapes. I had the piece on the right that had some bubble wrap stamping, it was kind of a throwaway piece but I added more bubble wrap and circle stamping and it isn't a throwaway any longer. I also stamped the days of the week on the left. The sentiment is by Robert Fulgum. It isn't easy living a balanced life, just like eating a balanced diet. I don't like to be too busy, I can't have my hand in everything, and I often need to be alone to decompress from the busyness around me.
By the way, the envelope came from a wonderful, now closed store in Milwaukee called Artist and Display. I will never get over it closing, it was so iconic. The blue part is the inside of the flap, all I had to do was stamp some of the foam stamps and add a strip of the bubble wrap kraft.

Oh, it's so sad when specialty stores close their doors. I am sorry to hear about it but the envelope is really cool! I love that you saved the calendar. I have a few saved but then I never seem to use them. I even see circles on the rocks. I love the spiral! I need to add mine to cards again!

Marvelous collage and envelope, Jean! Love how you reused a calendar page and added the marvelous embellishments. Those are some words to live by! Thanks for adding another marvelous card to my challenge.

Wow. Those painted stones are amazing. I looked yesterday on my phone, enjoying the bigger picture now. The bubble wrap piece is a great pairing with them. I like the week days stamped on it. This is a great natural combination of challenges. Oh, and I like that envelope, too. Off to google George Dombek.
