I have several rubber ducks, including a vampire, the nativity, Uncle Sam, a gnome, and a few others I've forgotten, I'm guessing. I always have some on my bathtub ledge. My daughter even owned a duck for a summer. Some college friends showed up at the door with it. His name was Simon and at the end of the summer, he went to live on an aerated pond with other fowl.
I love Sesame Street, I love reggae and I love rubber ducks, but no duck images. I did the bubble and paint technique, have a bubble stamp so stamped that in black and then added some rainbow colors on the edges and some glitter pen. Who knew there were quotations about bubbles??? I didn't, but thought it was worth a look. I love this by Carl Sandburg: Two bubbles noticed they had rainbows on their curves. They flickered out, saying, "It was worth being a bubble, just to have held that rainbow for 30 seconds." Never underestimate the small moments, they are the big ones.

I love the quote too, and the way you rainbowified it. Well done on trying that technique, it's been on my try-again list ever since an initial not very successful attempt a couple of years back. We can really see the bubble effect in yours.
There's something so just sheer fun about bubbles. One of the little shops in Giverny has a bubble blowing machine beside the door - instant happiness.

I've never heard of that quote....very cool! I love the way you displayed it in strips and different colors. The bubbles stamped and blown are amazing...such a wonderful card for this challenge.

What a bubblicious idea and wonderful execution! This has encouraged me to give the bubble and paint technique a go.
You bubbles are forever captured in their prime...for the briefest of moments. The Cherry Pie bubbles are just perfect. And I like that you made warm and cool pairings. The Sandburg quote is poignant. Fav'd and off to check out that technique...how marvelous to have a bunch of free time....
