I love the colors that Mary gave us this week as an alternative to a traditional blue palette for winter! For this card I blended the two purples together and embossed the panel. Then I used white craft ink to just touch the tops of the embossed dots in order to mimic snow.
The images are die cut from white and I used sponge daubers and the ink pads to add color and shading. I did add two neutrals - the navy and the gray.
For my layout I used sketch challenge SC774.

this is a great winter themed card Jeanne and the punny sentiment is perfect. Great choice in designer papers- the background paper reminds me of a snow squall
