This is my sample for CC775. I am the hostess and I chose gorgeous grape, mint macaron and highland heather for my color trio. Dessert Option this week is winter.
My card is all about the designer paper. It's from the Stampin'-Up "feels like frost" collection. If you haven't seen this paper, its a beautiful collection of winter themed paper. It was part of their new Christmas collection, but I am using this piece as a thank you card. Found this card on Pinterest and used it for inspiration. So I covered the dessert option with my paper.
I used some of it last week to create a birthday card. You can see that card here.
I needed a thank you card for a gift I received over Christmas. I know it's the 21st of January, but I am behind on thank you cards (LOL)!!
Stamped the thank you sentiment in gorgeous grape ink on a stitched label die. Both from Stampin'-Up. For the ribbon, I colored white satin with a mint macaron Stampin blend. The foliage is from the CottageCutz Pine Spray die and I cut in mint macaron and highland heather cardstock.
To finish off my card, I added a few mint macaron faceted enamel dots. And, that's my sample for this week.
I hope you can join in with us. I am anxious to see what everyone does with these colors and dessert.

Beautiful Mary! I have this paper and have not yet used it (yes I hoard paper). I may CASE this card. As much as it will pain me to cut up this paper, this card is gorgeous and I know the recipient will love it!
