I hoard handmade Italian marbled papers that I bought in Florence, Italy years ago. I guess because they were not inexpensive and are so beautiful, I hate to cut into them. Even now, I just cut off a little corner.

I went to Florence and took a class on paper marbling. It was one of my favorite parts of my whole Italy trip. Your paper and card is beautiful!!!! THANK YOU for sharing it with us!!
Oh, Sallie, this is so beautiful! I debate with myself from time to time whether I should cut into some of the handmade paper that I've acquired in the USA and usually I convince myself that it's too special. Good for you for bravely cutting into your precious hoard!

I remember you using the Italian marbled papers in the past and stating where they were purchased, Sallie. Simple Beautiful (well, that word is not a good one to describe this Amazing piece). A real Wow card! Love it~

We're making progress with baby steps here today. It's good that we have each other for support. I would never ever use that beautiful paper. LOL! It is gorgeous and has made such a lovely card that someone will so enjoy receiving!
