Hello TLC lovers and the CAS challenge 'What Am I Saving This For? (Girls, is that the truth or what?)
Thank you, Jen, for definitely encouraging us to use SOME stuff! I've use up my very last bit of the feather, fluffy, boa~kind of fiber. I love it, love the color, the the bits and bobs, but you know...it was perfect to go with my Peacock so I just have to move on....
This is the my second generation print from Jean's TLC today. You can see the peacock plume on the opposite side of my earlier upload. Isn't it very cool to make two distinctive bg's in one action?
I knew I'd use the Inkadinkaoo 'Dawn Houser' sentiment. I'd crossed off the a peacock from my first card...and then printed the word with my yellow vintage Dynamo maker. If you ever come across them in a thrift store, grab it. You can still buy the 'tape' at Walmart. I painted just the body of the bird with Silks a beautiful Lapis and Botanical green.
I just loved this, hope you'll join us in the galleries.

If you ever find one of those label makers, buy it for me and I'll pay you back immediately. So good to use up the yarn, beloved as it is. It makes a very fun flourish at the top. Isn't that your word this year? Outstanding work, so glad you had fun. Favd.

That peacock is so pretty and I like that you stamped it on top of your ghost print...very cool. And the boa type threads...I have some of those...I need to get them out cuz they add a little extra something something....
