There are two things I find hard to use. Firstly stamped and coloured images that I really love. Secondly water coloured backgrounds.
I have a special container with all my coloured images and there are quite a few that I am reluctant to use to make up a card. The reason? I love them and know that I will have to part with them when I make a card and send it off.
The second item in my stash that I find very hard to use is my ever growing collection of water coloured backgrounds. I hate cutting into them - I have to keep telling myself that I can just make more - but it is hard to recreate the same type of colour mix as no two are the same.
Stamped and embossed the kitties, coloured them in and then fussy cut them out. Outlined them with a black Tombow.
So here is my not so CAS card. CAS to make and put together with just a dark green card framing it. Not a scrap of white anywhere on this card except in the corner of the kitties eyes.
This is one for all the cat lovers out there.
Hope you enjoy.

I raise my hand high for being a cat lover. And Helen, what a vibrant labor of love! Gotta love Laurel Burch stamps. I totally understand your comment on creating. I have begun taking 'pieces' of my bg's and using them in smaller ways and keeping lil' bits. Making some progress there.
Your cats are wonderful and made me smile every time I scrolled back up to have a peak!

Brilliant Helen! Love your row of kitties! You are the mistress of bright, bold, and beautiful and these are all three. I do the same thing with my backgrounds and horde them. My coloured images can go out the door with my blessing. Ha, ha!
