I die-cut the ornament from the shimmery blue CS. Die-cut a circle from the acetate & from the blue and yellow PP. I brushed the silver WOS onto the PP (it looks more gray in the photo, sorry!) to add some shimmer.
I stamped a "flurry" or two of snowflakes from the stamp set onto the Vanilla Cream CS with the Summer Sky ink, & layered it onto a Night of Navy CS panel, then onto the card front.
I adhered the ornament die, acetate circle, & PP circle together, added the silver embroidery thread at the top, & popped it up on the Vanilla Cream textured CS panel.
Stamped the sentiment in Versamark onto a strip of Night of Navy CS, & heat-embossed with the Wave EP. Trimmed one end at an angle. Popped it up on the Vanilla Cream panel with dimensionals.
So sorry that the photo is blurry! It really looks much prettier and more sparkly IRL!

Your card background really gives the beautiful blue ornament even more interest! It is hard to get the light just right to show off the sparkle of the WOS. But we all know what that sparkle looks like when you move the card back and forth. Beautiful Card!
