I didn't feel I had any word dies that would do justice to this technique. I think a bolder word looks best and mine are all thin and delicate. So I decided to use this never before used die, which cuts that pattern into cs. I made a small striped circle using retired SU papers and also put a larger piece under the die to show through the tiny holes. For today's CAS, I see the sun outside and some birds on my feeder. I would have thought, since it's so sunny, that it would be colder, but it's over freezing. Amazing! We certainly, so far, have dodged a lot of bad weather. Northern WI has had lots of snow. 2019 will be a record breaking year.

Nice die! The striped underlay looks good, a fun contrast with the circles and dots. Love the added gems. It's raining here now, thankfully there was a bit of sunshine after work because the morning weather was frightful.

I love to see when someone takes another way to use the technique and letting your stripes pop behind this fun die cut was a great idea, I love the papers with the kraft and the little embellishment too!!

Like your take on the challenge. The craft paper reminds me of the grass color that's peeking through the snow, and many corn fields that have not been harvested because of our record breaking rainfall. Great job! TFS

Like you, my die cut words are small and delicate so Happy to see at least one other card with die cut shapes instead. I like that you even framed the kraft panel with the underlying dotted DP.
