I made this card for several challenges: Tone on Tone, Faux Stitching and Christmas Challenge, Year of Color: Kraft.
I love the faux stitching technique. I pierced my paper and used brown for stitches, highlighting with a tan marker to shadow stitch. I stamped my image and colored, then sponged in some white and brown. Then, glued kraft paper onto brown card. Loved all 3 challenges!

This is so beautifully colored. Glad it worked for all those great challenges.

So sweet. The soft colours are lovely. I'm always amazed at how realistic faux stitching with piercing looks, and your shadowing makes it even more so.
