Hello there, and thank you for visiting my gallery! My name is Denise, and I am a Midwestern girl, copy editor, Jazzercise instructor, and a cardmaker on the side!
I loved this New Year's challenge of using something old that you've never used before! There are a lot of small stamps included in sets that I have completely overlooked. This is actually a corner stamp that I thought would look neat stamped in a circle with the Gina K wreath builder. The ninety-degree angles of the stamp created a cool star shape in the middle.
I started with a 4" x 4" piece of black cardstock. After I completed stamping all eight of the rotations using the Wreath Builder, I heat embossed the design with Ranger gold embossing powder and added the "Love you" sentiment in the center. I wanted to finish off the edges on the square piece, so I stamped my Versamark ink pad on all of the edges and added the same gold embossing powder that I used for the rest of the heat embossing. Finally, I glued a piece of craft foam under the square design.
Hope this card inspires you!
