I had the alcohol ink marbling background in my stash. Heat embossed the JoAnn Fink designed stamp set. JoAnn is known for Zen Doodling. This is one large stamp that I divided for the two pieces. I watercolored a few of the elements, like the sun, flower and hearts. The two hearts on the bottom are purplish, not black. My light is not good at night. My goal was to create a card as far from winter and Christmas as I could. We received four inches of snow last night. Looks nice and clean.

The first thing I noticed about your card was the lush gold embossing. The stamp you used is just so much fun and works just as well on 2 panels as it would as a single image.

What cool stamps....I love this...and it is definitely a welcome break from our snow and ice of the last few days. I really like the gold embossing and the words on this...wonderful.

Great idea to split that stamp. Makes me ponder some possibilities. Love the images and the message. I am grateful for having gotten to know you better this year.
Happy 2020, Jean.

Wonderful card Jean! Love that you went away from all the Christmas themed cards! So refreshing to see sunshine and flowers! Perfect way to start 2020!

Love the rich, muted heritage colour combo - in fact, I can see the design translating to crewel embroidery. You certainly added some summer warmth - or at least some sunshine; the texture in that sun is amazing.

Jean I wish we could exchange some snow and heat....maybe we will exchange Teapotter cards! This is magic and I'm sure will look even more special in real life.
