On one of our cruises I stood in one spot and took a series of photos of the area, then overlapped the pictures to get a panoramic view!
I have not been able to find a local place that will print panoramic pictures...I just make my own.

WOW! That's beautiful, you can't even tell they're 4 separate photos. I love the colors you chose for background and the journaling cards are beautiful

Gorgeous layout! My hubby loves to take panoramic photos, too, so I know how hard it is to get them printed. Your solution worked perfectly, and the colors you chose for the layout are just perfect.
